16 Days to go!
And I still want to lose at least 6 Kilos.
I can do it!
If I put my mind to it!
2 Kilos a week! 16 daysI was reading my book when my best friend came by and put on some music for us to listen while we talked, and then I thought of showing her some good exercise moves I learned that she would like.

In conclusion; it was crazy fun exercising with my best friend. If you are having problems getting enough motivation or dedication to your exercise regimen, find a good friend of yours to join you. 🙂 😉
